Little Birds Hostel OMIHACHIMAN welcomes you with cozy rooms in a newly renovated 1970s era building. At the center of Omihachiman's historic district, this former castle town provides a rich environemt for either exploring the local culture or finding peaceful relaxation.
Our individual private rooms and shared communal space offer the chance to both enjoy meeting other travelers and to get private quiet time.
Enjoy nearby tourist attractions such as the scenic Hachiman-bori moat, or La Collina. If you have work to do, there is space here and more available at the coworking office across the street.

Double Bed & Sofa Room (1 room)
The largest room in Little Birds Hostel with a double size bed and a private sofa, as well as a small table and floor lamp. Also includes closet space for storing luggage and hanging clothing. This room is perfect for couples or families with small children.

General Info
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building.
- For parking, please use タイムズ近江八幡仲屋町 (Times Omihachiman Suwaicho) parking lot, located a 2-minute walk away (400 yen per 24 hrs).

Facilities
Little Birds Hostel OMIHACHIMAN occupies the second floor of our building. The hostel features six individual rooms and shared areas such as kitchen & living room, work space, bathroom and laundry. High speed Wi-fi is also available throughout the building.
Kitchenette & Living Room
Our kitchenette is equipped with electric pot, microwave, and basic cooking and eating utensils. Dining area available at the island counter or adjacent living space. The kitchenette counter also extends to a workspace counter with power outlets for a productive morning coffee, or even cooking while you work.
Work Space
Separated from the kitchenette & living area by a clear acrylic wall is a larger open work space for getting more work done or also just casual meetings. If you're looking for a more serious workspace, there’s a nice and fully equipped coworking space right across the street.
Bathroom & Laundry
We have individual bathrooms for men and women. Each bathroom includes a shower stall, toilet room and washbasin area with two washing bowls. Washing machine and dryer are freely available to guests for your laundry needs.
Access & Map
Little Birds Hostel Omihachiman is managed by the nearby multi-purpose facility Omihachiman Machiya Club. The front desk is located inside its shop, Koyomi. Guests with online prepayment do not need to check in at the front desk, but if you wish to use any of the following services, please visit during opening hours.
